We remember the name of everything passing by.
We have 'a walk to remember' as well as 'a day to remember' in our life too!
Are the two memories the same?

No, the first forms a repertoire of our creative memories; the second, the memory foam.
The first one organizes our life by turning sensations into perceptions building the whole body of knowledge that humanity has at its disposal today.
Animals turn their sensations into perceptions to a very limited extent.
Perception allows us to investigate the sensation in abstraction even when it is not there.
Animals don't have that capability in their brain.
Yes, it is purely the work of the superior brain structure that we, as humans, have at our disposal.
But the second remembrance is totally different from the first one.
It keeps on taking us into something that we enjoyed a lot in our past.
Why?
Simply because we are not enjoying what we are doing right now as much as we did 'that walk' or 'that day' which we keep remembering!

Our bright eyes have gone dreamy (dreamy eyes are never bright!).
Our perception starts wishing to 'live' the same sensation again.

Beware; the mind has taken its birth!
