We are all angry people with angry faces and angry eyes.

Bright eyes are never the angry eyes.
What on earth are we angry with?

Who else if not with our own self!
We want this and we don't get this. It happens to be so lot more often than not.
It frustrates us.
We either go sad or we go angry.
In case we go sad, we don't need blaming anyone out there; but if we have gone angry, we need someone or something to take out our anger on.

We go aggressive and start playing the blame game.
"We are right, the other is wrong" is the name of the game.

In the process we cut ourselves off from that 'other', shrinking ourselves 'in' in order to keep 'away' from that 'other'.
We do so through our muscles including those around our eyes!

That is what stress is.
Psychologically we go on getting lonelier and lonelier, while physically we go on falling more and more prey to chronic lifestyle (blame game is what our lifestyle is!) diseases.

We also turn our eyes ugly in the process.
