Happy Faces: Faces of Stress without Bright Eyes on Them

Happiness is another stress.

Happy eyes are not the bright eyes and happy faces are not the natural faces.

If I am not wrong you will like to kill me for that, i.e., for saying what I just said above.

Please don't kill me as I am saying it right.

Tell me what happiness means.

Reconsidering Happiness: A Novel (Flyover Fiction)

I want to define it here.

When you are happy you are so either about or for a certain thing, which either has already happened or hopefully is going to do so.

In both the cases you are looking forward to brighter times ahead when you will be able to enjoy more than you are doing right now.

Happiness

You are not enjoying right now - at least not as much as you are looking forward to. It's all very relative. You are comparing your present with your future, which hopefully is going to be brighter than the present is.

And if you are enjoying right now in its totality, you just don't need looking forward to something that will turn your day brighter than it right now is.

Happiness

When you are enjoying, you are never happy, you are just enjoying and that's all what it is.

So happiness is a hopeful wait to enjoy in the near future.

Happiness

Wait is a psychological pressure on your mind as well as on your body that, in its hurry to reach the object of happiness, disables you to enjoy what you are doing right now!

The more intensely you wait the more anxious you go.

Calming Your Anxious Mind: How Mindfulness & Compassion Can Free You from Anxiety, Fear, & Panic

Happy eyes are anxious eyes that squeeze themselves down in the center, turning bright eyes dull, as the sides go up with hope.

Happy faces are the anxious faces that are waiting to enjoy, and not the ones that are peacefully enjoying right now.

HAPPINESS IS STRESS.
