House of Pain: Muscle Pain, Nerve Pain, Joint Pain and Internal Organ Pain

Human body seems to be a house of pain including muscle pain, nerve pain, joint pain and internal organ pain.

International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) defines physical pain as "an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage, or described in terms of such damage".

According to Margo McCaffery, "Pain is whatever the experiencing person says it is, existing whenever he says it does".

Superficial somatic pain is caused by injury to the skin or superficial tissues.

Deep somatic pain originates from ligaments, tendons, bones, blood vessels, fasciae, and muscles.

Visceral pain originates from body's viscera, or organs.

Myalgia is caused by the overuse or over-stretching of a muscle or group of muscles.

Neuropathic pain is caused by a primary lesion or dysfunction in the nervous system.

Pain in the joints is a symptom of the joint-bone deformities along with muscle stiffness around.

When body keeps itself postured wrong for long, pain turns chronic.

The only way back from this chronic pain condition to the total fitness regaining bright eyes on the face and agile muscles in the body is undoing the wrong that has been done to the body posture for long.
