When we go for a French kiss, we need to spread lips a bit.
How to kiss also tells us how to keep our lips when not kissing as such.

We keep our lips squeezed otherwise.
Now there are two categories of people who do this squeezing in two different ways.
The people with myopic tendency squeeze their lower lip more than they squeeze their upper one.

The people with presbyopic tendency squeeze their upper lip more than they squeeze their lower one.

But as we take our tongue out without pointing it narrow, we (both myopic and presbyopic) automatically spread lips right.
Next time when you do it, keep your lips spread while you take your tongue back in.

You will notice that your jaws will also have changed their alignment. Not only this, you will also notice two bright eyes on your face... brighter than they ever had been.
Now keep your lips and your jaws in the position that your French kiss had brought them to.
How to kiss also teaches us how to live!
Can you always keep them like this only? We are going to open our third eye chakra along with our crown chakra in one single go imparting a natural lift to our face and a sparkle of shine to our bright eyes!

In fact, we can also open all our seven chakras in one single go as well, but we will come to that later.
If you can keep your lips and jaws in this desired position, we shall move on to our next maneuver in our next post.
