Human body, when not under stress, shows its energy in its bright eyes that sparkle with interest in the vicinity around.

Interest in the vicinity around is our basic nature that we as humans are born with.

If this interest is lost, stress has already held its roots in the mind replacing interest with likings and disliking.

Body falls prey to these mental constructions by contracting its muscles in order to keep running a perpetual race toward likings while away from disliking.
Eyes drop their eyelids down whether they are looking for a thing they like or they are looking away from a thing they dislike.

Interest and liking do not have anything common between them. Rather they are like fire and water that cannot stay in one single container that our body is.
Interest has no conditions. Liking is all conditional.

Interest makes us play with what we are interested in. Liking makes us 'work' for achieving and owning what we like.
When we like, we make efforts.
All effort is stress!
