Human society ignored human evolution including human body and human brain as it evolved along the zigzag path of development.
As it took shape slowly and gradually, it wanted to run as fast as it could to ward off the biological threat posed by the physically mightier animals around it in the jungle.
Human settlements started clearing the jungles for two reasons. The first was to clear land for tilling and the second, to discourage animals from entering the area.
Before humans discovered agriculture, they were living in the caves as large hunting-gathering communities and the rules of society were still very fluid.
But as they started tilling the land for agriculture, the community living turned into a village dwelling with each one having her or his own personal chunk of land to till.
Marriage was not yet invented as a social institution.
The chunk one was tilling along with the tools to till it became one's private property, which s/he could gift or will to anyone else.
And they had to do so sooner or later, since they were not immortals.
The females had no problem in doing so as she had her offshoots that she recognized as to who they were who came from her womb, but the males had no such prerogative as such at their disposal.
They started feeling jealous of the weaker sex that was only physically so, being much mightier sexually as far as procreation was concerned.
Their bright eyes turned jealous whenever they saw a woman handing over her property to her offshoots before she died as they had to die without being attended to by the ones they could call their own and pass on their property to.
Human society, for the first time, started ignoring natural human evolution including human body and human brain.
