Neck Pain: Stiff Neck and Neck Exercises

Neck pain debilitates, but the neck exercises do not do any permanent good to a stiff neck that a major chunk of population has fallen victim to.

What else can we expect from a neck, which is continuously being pulled down and out by the shoulders dropping themselves down whether in (in case of myopic personalities) or out (in case of presbyopic/hyperopic personalities).

We continuously keep exerting a downward pull on the neck.

The neck muscles are always under tension. Why will the neck not pain then?

And then we do the exercises to do away with their stiffness! Why don't we simply relax those muscles and let the neck live in peace?

The moment we align the collarbones with the neck, and tuck them there through joining the upper protrusions of the scapulae tight, which results in locking the collarbones tucked along the neck in their full length, the neck goes free; and in a due course of time gets relieved of all the debilitating pains that turn it stiff and limit its movement.
