Sex games of energy require preparatory exercises for physical fitness as well!

Sexual excitation imparts energy to the body along with shine to the bright eyes as they are. Only the body should be able to hold it as such. The more the excitation, the more the energy summoned up into the body! But alas, the body isn't able to hold it after a certain threshold and hence it gets discharged at a ridiculously low level. The rigid muscular armor that we have in our bodies does this to us.

Why do we keep our muscles contracted in our bodies? Once they are contracted beforehand, they simply cannot be contracted to their full extent as and when a real need arises to do so; nor can they be relaxed completely that is so very much essential in order to hold the energy that sex summons into the bodies.

The muscles must know how to remain relaxed as the body gets filled with tremendous amounts of energy when it tends to relax with the joy of sexual excitation. For this purpose we need training them from toe to head, taking them all one at a time.

1. We have conjugate pairs of muscles in our body. As one of them in a particular pair contracts, the conjugate gets stretched. We can play very interesting games with each one of those pairs in the body. Let's take them pair by pair. Contract one so that its conjugate gets stretched. Take it to the extent of starting paining in both. Now reverse the contraction-stretching to be stretching-contraction in the same pair, again to the extent of starting paining in both. Now leave both of them relaxed. They will have broken their rigidity to an appreciable extent by now, which by continuous repetition will reduce the rigidity a lot.

2. Sit quiet and use your mind's eye to sense the subjective feeling that each of your body muscle is offering to your awareness. The more you sense the muscle deep, the more it sheds its rigidity off.

3. The state of flow - so famously known among dancers and athletes to be relaxing all the muscles in the body in one single go - can easily be achieved by starting doing any aerobic exercise and reaching the first threshold of fatigue. As the threshold sets in, you need ignoring the same and continue with your action. Soon the second threshold of extreme fatigue will set in when you will start feeling that you cannot move a single step anymore. Break this threshold as well and continue with what you are doing. Now comes the state of flow in which all the fatigue disappears and you start feeling so energetic that you will vouch you can go on doing what you are till eternity. Again keep doing what you are. After a long gap of time there will be a state of your being when your body automatically falls down on the ground in absolute relaxation. As it happens so, just keep lying and enjoying the state of total relaxation to your body and your mind.

4. Extreme adventure sports like bungee jumping, sky diving and mountaineering do the same to your body, i.e., bring it to a state of flow and hence to the total relaxation of muscular armor in the body.

5. A vividly clear imagination can do exactly the same what physical action does to the body. But only if the imagination is as clear as in the mind as is the real physical action to the actual eyes! Imagine that you are standing on the top of The Empire State Building. Look below and jump down! Be with yourself as you are falling down fast to hit the ground hard. Your breathing will tend to stop and your body will be go totally relaxed.

6. Can you imagine with all your existence into the imagination that your bed has no ground under it as you are lying down on it? Where will the bed go?

Wherever it does but you will certainly reach a new dimension of relaxation in your body!
