Stress is a cold war that we fight against peace and love through playing revenge pranks on everything in life.
We think that tensions are causing the problem, whereas the fact is that it is we who invite them as enemies to fight against our mental peace and joy.

We never welcome them as friends.
You will wonder as to how we can welcome tensions as friends.
But it is only that we have been trained to take almost all the things in life as tensions and not as friends.

Why?
...Because our materialistic culture always painted them as challenge to our materialistic success!
We get threatened and constantly pressurized... not only by the so-called tensions but also by the very materialistic culture that pressurizes as well as by the very pressure of the materialistic success at the back of our head sitting as stress over there.

We feel like getting trapped into the clutches of a cold war against peace and love that our basic nature always yearns for. We unconsciously start developing antagonistic feelings hidden deep inside the upper layers of our mind for the very things that it keeps running for in life, and this unconscious antagonism in the mind against almost everything around unconsciously starts playing revenge pranks on everything in life.

Our bright eyes go on turning more and more challenged, scared, pressurized, threatened, conspiring, bitter and violent!
What are the things that our culture paints in front of us as challenges and keeps threatening us all the time through pressurizing acting against them as challenge to fight a war and never play a game with them?
