Symptoms for Headaches: Migraine Headache, Tension Headache and Sinus Headache

Symptoms for headaches whether migraine headache, tension headache or even sinus headache lie as much in the psyche as in the soma.

When we are no more interested in a person, we say - "S/he has become a headache to me."

We are no more curious about her/him rather we have started despising her/him.

Interest and curiosity resulting in two bright eyes - or a lack of them turning them dull - playing their role in the headache as well!

If we are not interested in and curious about what we are doing, we tend to pull down as well as squeeze in our skull musculature including the muscles or the tendons moving the eyebrows, the eyelids, the temporomandibular joints, the jaws, the lips and most importantly the gums.

The muscles, as they are under continuous contraction, start paining giving us a tension ache or else they press on trigeminal nerves which innervate both the sinus region and the meninges surrounding the brain to start an attack of migraine.

Even the paranasal sinuses are not able to ward off inflammation and keep themselves clean from all the mucous that tends to fill them as the skull positions itself in a wrong manner, the resulting sinusitis causing pressure within the sinus cavities of the head and resulting in a headache.

Interest and curiosity seem to have the answer to relaxing the skull musculature and thus relieving headache!
