Hips pushed forward affect the digestive system negatively resulting in chronic constipation that has turned an epidemic these days.

Premature ejaculation is no less prevalent among the male victims and is again caused by this harmful tendency of our anatomy that keeps the pelvis squeezed.

As the legs remain tilted for a long number of years, they go victim to knee pain, heel pain, hip pain and at times total leg pain.

Tilted elbows are responsible for elbow pain and all other kinds of joint pain so common among the masses!

Dropped down and pulled in thoracic diaphragm doesn't let us breathe properly turning our breath shorter than it should be. Fallen shoulders, pulled out collarbones and pulled apart scapulae are responsible for shoulder pain, neck pain, spondylytis, and back pain in our body.

Pulled jaws will naturally cause the jaw pain... what else can they do?

Not only this, they also cause all other kinds of pain in the skull like eye pain, headache, migraine as well as temporomandibular joint disorder.

The stress that this all creates (or else is created by!) easily shows in the eyes that are no more a pair of two bright eyes we were born with!

The etiology is not very different from what it is for the pelvic pain, the two being part and parcel of one moving hub of the body.

It can be there in the bones or in the muscles, or else in both.

What else can we expect if we keep our hips squeezed all through our life pushing the pelvis forward and thus making the torso rest on a point on it that falls nearer to the anus than to the urethra.

The bone structure also gets distorted along with keeping the hip muscles stressed all the time.

Anus also gets squeezed squeezing the muscles of the rectum along and thus causing chronic constipation that afflicts almost half the population on earth.

If it is able to successfully implement it, it happens so; and if it fails to coerce, loose motions ensue.

The rest half of the population is more or less victimized by loose motions... at least the motions that are not well formed in a loose-solid way; it's rather the loose-liquid way.

And this all is caused by an early toilet training that our culture imposes on us in the name of education!

In any case, the shining bright eyes that we had inherited at birth go dull and listless. Don't your eyes go so when you are consciously holding your motion back too, whatever reason it is for?
