Hips pushed forward affect the digestive system negatively resulting in chronic constipation that has turned an epidemic these days.

Premature ejaculation is no less prevalent among the male victims and is again caused by this harmful tendency of our anatomy that keeps the pelvis squeezed.

As the legs remain tilted for a long number of years, they go victim to knee pain, heel pain, hip pain and at times total leg pain.

Tilted elbows are responsible for elbow pain and all other kinds of joint pain so common among the masses!

Dropped down and pulled in thoracic diaphragm doesn't let us breathe properly turning our breath shorter than it should be. Fallen shoulders, pulled out collarbones and pulled apart scapulae are responsible for shoulder pain, neck pain, spondylytis, and back pain in our body.

Pulled jaws will naturally cause the jaw pain... what else can they do?

Not only this, they also cause all other kinds of pain in the skull like eye pain, headache, migraine as well as temporomandibular joint disorder.

The stress that this all creates (or else is created by!) easily shows in the eyes that are no more a pair of two bright eyes we were born with!

I am not talking of those 3-D pictures for which you are supposed to visually go a little off-focus at their surface - focusing a little away from it at its back - and the array constructed over there at the surface presents you with a 3-D illusion placed a little away at the back of the surface.

That's only a trick and not a real magic.

What I am going to tell you is a real magic that we humans - all of us - have in our human body in the form of a magic button that, when turned on, changes everything in the body, in the mind and in the life.

When turned on, this magic button changes

In the body

The vision that goes single-pointedly focused at whatsoever the eyes are looking at. The eyes turn into a magic eye pair that shines bright sparkling with luster and focus appearing to be seeing through the person this pair of magic eye is looking at.

The face that acquires a glow of youth on to it turning away all the tell-tale signs of age on it including wrinkles, dark under eye shadows, drooping eyelids, clenched jaw line, squeezed lips, anxious or fed-up kinds of expressions, and the shortening of the face in length. It works as a permanent face-lift without any surgical operation (which requires a re-doing every other year!) performed on the face. It makes you look much more beautiful instantly.

The body posture that looks much more sexually desirable than the pulled-in and pulled-down kinds of postures we everyday come across in our life. The hips protrude back, the chest up and out, the abdomen tucked in 2 inches below the belly button, the solar plexus raised-up and out, the shoulders raised-up and in, the collarbones aligned beautifully with the neck tucked in by their sides, and the spine regains its natural curves in the back.

The headaches become history as does the spondylitis in the neck and on the shoulder.

Acidity, loose motions and constipation immediately part company with the body.

Sex drive increases beyond limits (Is that a negative point? I don't know, but for me it has been a positive welcome!).

Joint pains say good bye to their long-acquired home.

Breathing automatically goes slow, calm and deep.

Blood pressure comes back to the normal. If it was high, it falls; and if low, it rises up. Mine was raised up.

Weight loss and weight gain automatically are activated achieving their optimum healthy level. My body opted for a weight gain on its own, of its own.

Body fatigue becomes a part of the history. I remember requiring a massage on my calves at nights, which I never feel like having now.

When I started writing this post, I never had in my mind that it would tend to become such a lengthy one. I have just started writing about the magic eye button and just its effect on the body only has taken such a long space over here!

So I think I will take up the mind and the life parts in the next two posts now.

Over for today!
