<p>Hips pushed forward affect the digestive system negatively resulting in chronic constipation that has turned an epidemic these days.</p>
<p><a href="http://blog.lifesip.com/go/best-premature-solution" target="_blank">Premature ejaculation</a> is no less prevalent among the male victims and is again caused by this harmful tendency of our anatomy that keeps the pelvis squeezed.</p>
<p><center><img class="size-medium wp-image-440 aligncenter" border="10" SRC="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/images/stress-24.jpg" style="border-color: white" align="center" alt="Stress"></center></p>
<p>As the legs remain tilted for a long number of years, they go victim to knee pain, heel pain, hip pain and at times total leg pain.</p>
<p>Tilted elbows are responsible for elbow pain and all other kinds of joint pain so common among the masses!</p>
<p>Dropped down and pulled in thoracic diaphragm doesn't let us breathe properly turning our breath shorter than it should be. Fallen shoulders, pulled out collarbones and pulled apart scapulae are responsible for <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/go/shoulder-pain" target="_blank">shoulder pain</a>, neck pain, spondylytis, and back pain in our body.</p>
<p><center><img class="size-medium wp-image-440 aligncenter" border="10" SRC="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/images/stress-25.jpg" style="border-color: white" align="center" alt="Stress"></center></p>
<p>Pulled jaws will naturally cause the jaw pain... what else can they do?</p>
<p>Not only this, they also cause all other kinds of pain in the skull like eye pain, headache, migraine as well as <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/go/cure-tmj" target="_blank">temporomandibular joint disorder</a>.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/go/stress-relief" target="_blank">stress</a> that this all creates (or else is created by!) easily shows in the eyes that are no more a pair of two bright eyes we were born with!</p>
<p><center><img class="size-medium wp-image-440 aligncenter" border="10" SRC="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/images/stress-26.jpg" style="border-color: white" align="center" alt="Stress"></center></p>

<p>It will give you a bird's eye view (birds have bright eyes, I suppose!) of the postural corrections dealing with the somatic pain at one single place making thing easy for you to manage.</p>
<p>We pulled our hips <b>back</b> and <b>out</b> turning them into <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/04/wide-hips-the-gateway-of-the-free-energy-of-the-universe/" target="_blank">wide hips</a> and taking care of the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/12/hip-pain-toilet-training-chronic-constipation-and-loose-motions/" target="_blank">hip pain</a> in the long run first.</p>
<p>Then we lifted the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/05/solar-plexus-thoracic-diaphragm-and-the-rib-cage/" target="_blank">solar plexus</a> <b>up</b> and <b>back</b>.</p>
<p>We centered the pressure of our body weight on the inner sides of our <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/07/legs-spread-wide-open-no-sex-just-spread-legs-on-foot-soles/" target="_blank">foot soles</a> taking care of the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/13/foot-pain-including-heel-pain-and-ankle-pain-extending-through-leg-pain-to-back-pain/" target="_blank">foot pain including heel pain and ankle pain extending through leg pain to back pain</a>.</p>
<p>Further in our pursuit of chronic pain management dealing with body pain and chronic fatigue, we turned our knees <b>in</b> taking care of the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/08/no-knee-exercises-for-any-knee-pain/" target="_blank">knee pain</a> in the long run.</p>
<p>We took care to keep the lower back <b>straight</b> by keeping the solar plexus <b>raised</b> in order to ward off the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/09/lower-back-pain-and-lower-back-exercises/" target="_blank">lower back pain</a>.</p>
<p>Next we tackled the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/10/upper-back-pain-turning-bright-eyes-violent/" target="_blank">upper back pain</a> through <b>raising</b> the solar plexus on its <b>sides</b>.</p>
<p>Then we took care of the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/11/pelvic-pain-sign-of-a-perfect-body-denied/" target="_blank">pelvic pain</a> by sitting on the <b>center</b> of our pelvis rather than on the back of the hips at their outer edges. </p>
<p>We again took a jump in our pursuit of chronic pain management dealing with body pain and chronic fatigue when we next we dealt with the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/14/shoulder-pain-takes-its-toll-on-the-upper-torso-and-the-head/" target="_blank">shoulder pain</a> as we moved up to posture our upper torso right through stretching the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/15/contracted-pectoralis-minor-narrowing-the-shoulders-in/" target="_blank">pectoralis minor</a> <b>wide</b> and <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/16/pectoralis-major-bright-eyes-challenged/" target="_blank">pectoralis major</a> <b>up</b>.</p>
<p>We positioned our nipples <b>apart</b> and <b>up</b> turning them into <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/18/sensitive-nipples-signify-sensitive-soul/" target="_blank">sensitive nipples</a>.</p>
<p>We raised the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/17/no-shoulder-exercises-nor-shoulder-posture-support/" target="_blank">shoulders</a> <b>wide</b> and <b>up</b>.</p>
<p>We <b>aligned</b> the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/19/collarbone-how-to-posture-the-collarbones-right/" target="_blank">collarbones</a> with the neck in their total length, practically going out of visibility at all. </p>
<p>Then we took care of the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/20/scapula-holds-the-key/" target="_blank">scapula</a> <b>joining</b> the two of them at their <b>upper protrusions</b>, in turn, taking care of <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/21/elbow-pain-and-wrist-pain-cousins-to-each-other/" target="_blank">the elbow pain and the wrist pain</a> as well as of the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/22/neck-pain-stiff-neck-and-neck-exercises/" target="_blank">neck pain</a>.</p>
<p>We took our final jump in our pursuit of chronic pain management dealing with body pain and chronic fatigue when further next we moved on to the skull dealing with <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/23/jaw-pain-jaws-rejuvenate/" target="_blank">jaw pain</a> by <b>aligning them plain</b> and <b>distancing them apart</b> in their full length.</p>
<p>We talked of the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/24/cosmetic-surgery-facelifts-jaws-can-do-it-better-than-facelift-surgery/" target="_blank">cosmetic surgery facelifts</a> asserting that they are for those who don't know that jaws can do it better than facelift surgery does!</p>
<p>We also worked on keeping our <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/25/the-two-lips-together-loose-lips-tight-lips-spread-lips-and-narrow-lips/" target="_blank">two lips</a> together - not as loose lips or but as tight lips, and as spread lips in place of narrow!</p>
<p>Then we worked on the upper gums stretching them <b>outward</b> above the canines and discovered that almost every <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/26/gum-disease-squeezed-gums-causing-gum-diseases/" target="_blank">gum disease</a> that our gums harbor results from posturing them wrong.</p>
<p>We moved on to the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/27/ear-pain-flick-ear-to-turn-it-miracle-ear-with-no-pain-ever/" target="_blank">ear pain</a> next and learned how to flick ear in order to raise the two of them <b>up</b> and <b>in toward the skull</b>.</p>
<p>After this we worked on <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/28/temporomandibular-joint-dysfunction-limits-jaws-and-turns-bright-eyes-dull/" target="_blank">temporomandibular joint dysfunction</a> in order to set it right.</p>
<p>Next we moved on to <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/29/droopy-eyelids-eye-surgery-blepharoplasty-for-eyelid-lift/" target="_blank">droopy eyelids</a> suggesting not to go for eye surgery aka blepharoplasty for eyelid lift and do it by turning the <b>magic eye</b> button <b>on</b>!</p>
<p>We polished the procedure in its finer details by flicking the eyebrows up turning them into <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/09/30/perfect-eyebrows-eyebrow-shapes-curved-right-naturally/" target="_blank">perfect eyebrows</a> with eyebrow shapes curved right naturally.</p>
<p>Then we addressed the <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/10/02/eye-pain-aka-eye-strain/" target="_blank">eye pain</a> along with <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/10/01/dark-circles-under-eyes-to-turn-into-shining-bright-eyes/" target="_blank">dark circles under eyes</a>.</p>
<p>Further we went into the basic existential <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/10/03/symptoms-for-headaches-migraine-headache-tension-headache-and-sinus-headache/" target="_blank">symptoms for headaches including migraine headache, tension headache and sinus headache</a> discovering ways to eradicate them all.</p>
<p>Lastly we investigated into the very basic phenomenon of pain as such, that turn the human body into a <a href="http://blog.thirdeyehealth.com/2008/10/04/house-of-pain-muscle-pain-nerve-pain-joint-pain-and-internal-organ-pain/" target="_blank">house of pain including muscle pain, nerve pain, joint pain and internal organ pain</a> suggesting that the only permanent way back from this chronic pain condition to the total fitness regaining bright eyes on the face and agile muscles in the body is <b>undoing</b> the <b>wrong</b> that has been done to the <b>body posture</b> for long.</p>
<p>Our journey into chronic pain management including body pain and chronic fatigue ends here.</p>
<p>We shall now be moving on to <b>opening the seven chakras</b> in the human body very <b>scientifically</b> in a <b>concrete biological dimension</b> in the light of what we have done till now with the body posture, along with <b>mapping the mind</b> in all its faculties that keep them closed, investigating deep into the <b>interest</b> and the <b>curiosity</b> that naturally impart us with two bright eyes sparkling with luster and focus on our face lighting our life bright with energy, health, sensitivity and joy!</p>

<p>Pain is the result of the two joints being subjected to continuous pressure on their wrong points owing to the wrong posture of the arms that the wrong positioning of the collarbone and the scapula forces upon them.</p>
<p>The arms fall too close to the torso as well as their angle in space gets rotated in a way that the palms center their thrust on their outer sides, i.e., toward the little fingers rather than toward the thumbs that it should have been.</p>
<p>As the collarbones are set <b>along</b> the neck through <b>loosening</b> the pectoralis minor, the elbows move <b>away</b> from the torso, and the wrists along with the thrust on the palms rotate <b>in</b> toward the central fingers from the little ones.</p>
<p>Next, as the scapulae are <b>joined</b> at their <b>upper</b> protrusions <b>tucking</b> the collarbones <b>tightly along</b> the neck <b>locking</b> them there through <b>loosening</b> the pectoralis major, the elbows get <b>rotated outward</b> and the wrists along with the thrust on the palms rotate <b>further in</b> toward the thumbs from the central fingers.</p>
<p>If the arms are postured this way, no pressures are ever exerted on their wrong points whether at the elbows or at the wrists. They are free to move in space and work to their full efficiency.</p>
<p>The pain in the two joints melts away in the due course of time on its own, of its own!</p>

<p>Of all the body aches and pain, knee pain and lower back pain afflict a major section of population very early in life.</p>
<p>You may wonder why I have started mentioning these two pains here in my posting today.</p>
<p>In fact, both are the results of keeping our hips pushed forward for a long period of time habitually.</p>
<p>How?</p>
<p>I will help you sense the muscular and the postural rigidities in the lower portion of your body in a few postings to come before we move on to the upper torso and then to the face including the jaws, the ears, the head and the eyes.</p>
<p>Our ultimate goal is not only to support a pair of two bright eyes but also the total health and fitness in the body as well as in the mind.</p>
<p>We aim at opening all the chakras in the body along with the third eye chakra in particular.</p>
<p>Our target is to activate our magic eye through operating the magic button in our body for once and for all.</p>
<p>We plan to turn our body agile, supple and energetic so that no chronic pain or any kind of joint pain ever afflicts it all through our life, including:</p>
