How does stress in the human mind and the human body affect the human eye? How are the bright eyes dulled?

We have reached a point where we finally, for once and for all, have to decide as to what causes what.

Is it the stressed body that causes a stressed mind and a dead pair of eyes or is it the stressed mind that causes a stressed body with two lifeless eyes in it?

Another question that we need answering decisively is whether we are doomed to be a puppet in the hands of the human society that has since its inception taken a wrong path of development stressing the individual at each and every step of her/his social life in order to keep its inhuman machine running.

What causes stress in the very essence of human life at the level of an individual?

We cannot MANAGE stress. We can only RELIEVE stress for once and for all. We can only say NO to it as and when it comes to afflict our body, mind and eyes with its nuances.

They say eyes are the windows to the mind.

But, what on earth is mind and where does it dwell in the body, or in the brain?

We must find the mechanism through which the human mind stops the human body and the human eye from turning the magic eye button permanently ON for once and for all without their ever falling back in their own old habitual trap, which does nothing else but turn the passion of life DULL and the shine in the bright eyes OFF.

Let us study mind in as much detail as we studied the body in!

It was an eagle eye that I immediately got at my disposal.

My newly acquired bright eyes had imparted an energy eye to me.

I was seeing everything at all distances so clear as I never had done all through my life.

I was feeling in my mind's eye that the look of my eyes had somehow gone much brighter though I didn't have any approach to a mirror right then.

Eyes go energy-less rendering life energy-less too.

Tapping the free energy of the cosmos is the way to come out of this vicious circle that we have fallen prey to the trap of.

This cosmic energy is non-physical energy as opposed to the normal physical forms of it, which comprise electromagnetic energies along with strong force, weak force and gravity.

OK, let me define chakras the way I experienced them shredded of all their mysticism they are shrouded in, and grounding them in real physical terms of muscular biology.

Chakras are energy vortices in the body, in which the energy gets trapped like a whirlwind. The flow of energy is held ineffective by the rigid muscular armor that keeps them blocked at those points.

We need opening our bodies and we need opening our eyes.

We need opening chakras in our bodies through dissolving them so that our lifeless, sad eyes turn into an energetic pair of two bright eyes emanating laser beams through them.

What are emotions?

They are simply the eye mind tricks that our passion gets trapped in.

Emotions are the human passion at our disposal in our body, narrowed down into the self as mind and into the rigid musculature as muscular armor or as the defense mechanism of the body.

We reduce our size considerably.

The size of our experience...

The size of our sensitivity...

I don't feel YOUR pain as my own unless you are somehow related to me.

Relationship limits the size of my sensitivity.

'No relationship' does not mean 'no concern'... that will turn us stone!

So if you are not related to me, I am no more interested in SEEING your pain (joy also!).

So my eyes do not look at you with interest.

Yes, they might look at you with jealousy, or pity, or sympathy, or greed, or contempt, or anger, or anxiety, or suspicion, or negation, or else they could totally ignore you along with your pain.

Interest without motif is passion.

Jealousy, pity, sympathy, greed, contempt, anger, anxiety, suspicion, negation, ignoring are all emotions.

If I don't look at you with unpolluted interest, I will not tend to open my eyes full and wide.

They will lose their shine in them.

And as I look at you with any emotion generated by the relationship in between the two of us, my eyes automatically squeeze themselves at some point or the other.

The process is totally automatic and our conscious mind never comes to know what its unconscious counterpart has done to our eyes.

But it is mind only that has played this ugly game with our eyes and rendered them reduce the size of their opening from this corner or that turning them ugly in their appearance and inefficient in their functioning.

Relationship plays such ugly eye mind tricks with our body limiting our visual experience to mere optical illusions around!

... My mirror was telling me a different story altogether.

There was a total eye body language that was involved in it.

I never liked the expression in my eyes as my looking glass showed it to me. I don't know what that painter saw in them but they always repelled me whenever I looked at them in it.

But the photographs did it much more than the looking glass would.

It was because the moment my eyes faced themselves in a looking glass, they re-adjusted themselves.

They immediately changed their expression. And as they did so, they turned beautiful to my aesthetic sense as such. I found my face prettier, more charming and more lively.

It became an automatic process then. As I went in front of a looking glass, I automatically changed a few things on my face that gave a charming look to my eyes.

What was it that they were changing?

Yes, there was a total new language that was involved in it.

It was not only my eyes or my face that I was doing something to.

It was the total body that was involved in it.

Why do some eyes look prettier than the others?

It depends on the way we open our eyelids in.

So, in front of a looking glass I was opening my eyes differently... different from the way I normally opened them in.

I don't know how other people feel when they look at their eyes in a looking glass in front of them.

How do YOU feel about them?

Going back the memory lane... a queer eye contact...

I was around 14. From my home up on the top of a beautiful hill station, I needed to go down into the valley where my parents were maintaining a single room apartment for such convenience as of going and staying there occasionally.

I remember I opened the room and checked in. As I was opening the lock, I noticed a young man coming out of the apartment in front of mine. We exchanged glances. As he looked at my face, his eyes seemed to get stuck over there only.

I went a bit uneasy. But he wouldn't turn his eyes away.

I got scared a little too. It was a queer eye contact. After all I was only 14!

I ignored him and went in, taking care to bolt the room from inside.

After around an hour or so, when I came out of the room again, I still found the man appearing out of nowhere looking intently at my face.

A real queer eye contact!

My heartbeats went faster, but I faked no concern and went my way.

Again after around 4 hours when I came back, I found the man coming out of his room and proceeding toward me.

Again the same queer eye contact!

I prepared my defenses to face the intruder, but he would only stop a step away.

I looked into his eyes. He smiled. I reciprocated, though a little less!

"Would you mind coming to my apartment, in?" - he very sweetly asked.

"Why?" - I remember I was a little rude in my tone.

"Nothing very important... just to say something to you..." - he left his sentences incomplete.

My heartbeat again went faster. Why was he calling me in? Should I go or should I not?

He was offering me way waiving his hand.

Saying NO would have exposed my being frightened, which my ego wouldn't accept; so I went in with him following me behind.

We sat down and I looked into his eyes with a question in mine. It was still a queer eye contact only.

"I am a student of painting, doing my masters in it." - and then he went mum.

"So?" - I asked after a long unnerving pause.

"I have fallen for your eyes." - he said in a soft voice.

"O..., you aren't gay I suppose." - my fear used offense in order to defend myself from any possible onslaught.

"O my God... it's my painter inside me who has been a victim my dear, not my basic instincts!" - he felt offended.

"O... I am sorry." - I was more relieved than I was sorry, in fact.

"Could I paint you... I mean I want to draw your eyes for one of my projects in expression, could I?" - he asked hesitantly.

"How much time is it going to take?" - I was to go back home to my hilltop residence.

"Say, 3 to 4 hours... I want to get the sparkling question that you have in them on to my canvass, the details are going to take time." - he himself got a sparkle in his eyes, which I couldn’t say NO to.

It was not a queer eye contact any more as he started painting me looking with a great intent into my eyes.

And after 4 hours or so, I was looking at my eyes on to his canvass.

My mirror had never told me, they were so curious in their throw... and beautiful too... and my mirror had never told it to me!

Why?

I went back to my mirror as I reached home...

You too want a pair of two bright eyes on your face looking deep into...!

Who doesn't?

I am not talking of the band or of Conor Oberst, I am just talking of the visual music that the two small windows on our face opening into the vastness of our minds can so beautifully create...

If eyes are bright, life is bright too.

Or vice versa?

Our eyes tell a story, isn't it? A story of all that happened through our life gets imprinted onto (or into?) them; and when we meet others, we automatically tell them the same... way before our tongue speaks its first word to them.

It's an impressionistic story finding its expression in the visual appeal that our eyes have, whether they are bright eyes or they are dull...

... Or else tense, or scared, or curious, or anxious, or tired, or bored...

What is it that decides what they say?

When we fall in love, we do not fall in love with the person, we fall in love with their eyes.

We want to read the story that their eyes are telling... further.

If it seems to be an interesting story!

Love at first sight is very much possible, who says it's not?

We fall in love with the bright eyes, whenever we see them, wherever we see...

... They are so rare to find, these days, around!

Well, I learned their language through intensive, introspective investigation that started in my life when I accidentally fell into their grip, as they turned acute (or cute!) momentarily on December 12, 2004 showing me a glimpse of what they could be up to.

In their function!

In their looks!

In their attitude!

In their aptitude!

In their intention!

In their effect!

In their energy!

In the energy level of our body, mind, brain and life!

The learning graph was not a smooth one; rather it had many humps and pits along the way it traversed.

I somehow managed to steer.

Today I have come to know what their modus operandi is... in much subtler ways than I knew when I wrote the home page of Third Eye Health (dealing with bright eyes primarily in a visually functional way), way back in 2006.
