How does stress in the human mind and the human body affect the human eye? How are the bright eyes dulled?

We have reached a point where we finally, for once and for all, have to decide as to what causes what.

Is it the stressed body that causes a stressed mind and a dead pair of eyes or is it the stressed mind that causes a stressed body with two lifeless eyes in it?

The magic eye button (3 links) enabling lustrous bright eyes on face is located above the canine teeth on the upper jaw in its gum.

It stays there as two protrusions that start just above the canines and go vertically up to the roof of the gum where they end at the mouth and gum joint.

Magic eye button (3 links) and bright eyes are inseparable from each other.

All our preparatory work done, at least at the level of body, we need learning to operate this button now.

The throat chakra, fifth among the seven chakras, is located on the throat and neck where another muscle rigidity pulls the shoulders down and bends the neck either forward (in myopic personalities) or backward (in presbyopic personalities).

Let's summarize our chronic pain management procedure including body pain and chronic fatigue that we went through in the last few posts of ours.

It will give you a bird's eye view (birds have bright eyes, I suppose!) of the postural corrections dealing with the somatic pain at one single place making thing easy for you to manage.

We pulled our hips back and out turning them into wide hips and taking care of the hip pain in the long run first.

Then we lifted the solar plexus up and back.

We centered the pressure of our body weight on the inner sides of our foot soles taking care of the foot pain including heel pain and ankle pain extending through leg pain to back pain.

Further in our pursuit of chronic pain management dealing with body pain and chronic fatigue, we turned our knees in taking care of the knee pain in the long run.

We took care to keep the lower back straight by keeping the solar plexus raised in order to ward off the lower back pain.

Next we tackled the upper back pain through raising the solar plexus on its sides.

Then we took care of the pelvic pain by sitting on the center of our pelvis rather than on the back of the hips at their outer edges.

We again took a jump in our pursuit of chronic pain management dealing with body pain and chronic fatigue when we next we dealt with the shoulder pain as we moved up to posture our upper torso right through stretching the pectoralis minor wide and pectoralis major up.

We positioned our nipples apart and up turning them into sensitive nipples.

We raised the shoulders wide and up.

We aligned the collarbones with the neck in their total length, practically going out of visibility at all.

Then we took care of the scapula joining the two of them at their upper protrusions, in turn, taking care of the elbow pain and the wrist pain as well as of the neck pain.

We took our final jump in our pursuit of chronic pain management dealing with body pain and chronic fatigue when further next we moved on to the skull dealing with jaw pain by aligning them plain and distancing them apart in their full length.

We talked of the cosmetic surgery facelifts asserting that they are for those who don't know that jaws can do it better than facelift surgery does!

We also worked on keeping our two lips together - not as loose lips or but as tight lips, and as spread lips in place of narrow!

Then we worked on the upper gums stretching them outward above the canines and discovered that almost every gum disease that our gums harbor results from posturing them wrong.

We moved on to the ear pain next and learned how to flick ear in order to raise the two of them up and in toward the skull.

After this we worked on temporomandibular joint dysfunction in order to set it right.

Next we moved on to droopy eyelids suggesting not to go for eye surgery aka blepharoplasty for eyelid lift and do it by turning the magic eye button on!

We polished the procedure in its finer details by flicking the eyebrows up turning them into perfect eyebrows with eyebrow shapes curved right naturally.

Then we addressed the eye pain along with dark circles under eyes.

Further we went into the basic existential symptoms for headaches including migraine headache, tension headache and sinus headache discovering ways to eradicate them all.

Lastly we investigated into the very basic phenomenon of pain as such, that turn the human body into a house of pain including muscle pain, nerve pain, joint pain and internal organ pain suggesting that the only permanent way back from this chronic pain condition to the total fitness regaining bright eyes on the face and agile muscles in the body is undoing the wrong that has been done to the body posture for long.

We shall now be moving on to opening the seven chakras in the human body very scientifically in a concrete biological dimension in the light of what we have done till now with the body posture, along with mapping the mind in all its faculties that keep them closed, investigating deep into the interest and the curiosity that naturally impart us with two bright eyes sparkling with luster and focus on our face lighting our life bright with energy, health, sensitivity and joy!

Shoulder pain results from posturing the shoulders wrong.

Now we have entered the upper torso in our posture analysis that will ultimately take us to sensually discover the magic button in the body operated through the magic eye imparting two bright eyes and one flawless body to us along with a life that knows how to live.

We press the shoulders down and keep them so all through our life.

And the unlucky part of it is that we never come to realize what a great injustice we keep doing to them in our biological insensitivity.

The first time when I came to discover this fact in my own body, it appeared very strange to me. Raising them up and keeping it so seemed to be an effort to me.

But slowly and gradually it became the first nature of my body to keep them elevated; or if we use the right terminology, not to keep pressing them down habitually.

We'll be going into its deep analysis, which will not only cover shoulders but also the solar plexus, pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, nipples, collarbones, scapulae, neck, jaws, earlobes, eyelids and the temporomandibular joints in the head.

No knee exercises are required to ward off the knee pain that afflicts a major chunk of population as it starts aging.

The real cause of the pain gets discovered as the centering of the body weight on the foot soles shifts from their outer edges to the inner.

The knees turn in too.

Once it happens, we readily come to discover what wrong we keep doing to the knee joint all through our life.

We keep them turned out.

The body weight keeps exerting its pressure on the knee joints at their wrong points where it should not have done.

The bones, the muscles and the tendons get distorted owing to the continuous stress of the knees turned out in an unnatural way.
